Ingredients Humita: Flour, egg, salt, natural spices, corn, cheese, onion.

Ingredients Mushrooms Spinach Vegan Bechamel: Flour, egg, salt, natural spices, mushrooms, spinach, bechamel. 

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Remove the  empanadas from the packaging.
  2. For a golden finish: Lightly beat one egg and brush it over the top of each  humita empanada.
  3. Vegan empanadas: Brush the tops with oat milk instead.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
